Skin and hair compatibility

For best results, use on light to medium-dark skin tones with black, brown, or dark-blonde hair. IPL is not effective on white, gray, or very light-blonde hair. Do not use on tattoos, very dark skin tones, or active skin conditions. Always review the included skin chart before use.

I've been shaving my legs since I was 13 and I am so over it. My daughter kept telling me to try one of these and I'm glad I finally listened. I started on level 5 and worked my way up to 7 over a few weeks. By week 6 I could genuinely see the difference, patches on my calves and bikini line are noticeably thinner. The ice cooling feature was a pleasant surprise, I was expecting it to hurt way more than it does. Worth every penny!

I do Brazilian waxes professionally so I know what results are supposed to look like. I bought this for myself because even I'm not waxing my own body every 4 weeks, the maintenance is exhausting. Used it consistently for two months on my underarms and upper lip. Growth is dramatically slower and much finer. The skin rejuvenation mode is a bonus I wasn't expecting, my underarm tone has evened out noticeably. Solid device, legit quality for the price point.

I'll be honest, I checked for results after week 2 and was ready to return it. My boyfriend talked me out of it and I'm glad he did. By week 8 my legs were genuinely smoother and I'm not shaving nearly as often. I use the auto flash mode for my legs which makes it quick, and the manual mode for my face. Docking one star only because the instruction manual could be clearer about the recommended treatment schedule. Once I figured out a routine it was smooth sailing (literally).

Nine energy levels means I could find something that actually worked without it being unbearable. We're both about 10 weeks in and the difference is real. I have rosacea and very reactive skin so I was nervous. I patch tested on my inner arm first like the manual says and had zero reaction. The cooling technology is genuinely soothing, it doesn't feel aggressive at all. I've been using the acne/spot treatment mode on my chin area in addition to the hair removal and both are working for me. I'm a lighter skin tone with dark hair which is apparently the sweet spot for IPL and the results show it. Really happy with this purchase.
