Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended upon delivery. To process a return, the item(s) must remain unused and in its original packaging, with all original accessories included.
Inspection and Report:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item(s) immediately. Any claims for damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please provide detailed information about the damage or defect, along with photographic evidence if possible, when reporting your claim.
Requesting a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@heryang.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation or images.
Return Approval and Process:
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that any shipping fees paid during the original purchase and return process are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible Returns:
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged through misuse or improper handling. For health and safety reasons, certain products, such as teas & ingestible items, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged upon arrival.
