Returns & Exchanges
At Her•Yang, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Include all original accessories (if applicable)
- Be free from signs of use or damage caused after delivery
Items that have been used, opened, altered, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days for eligible unused items.
Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Opened products
- Products altered after delivery
- Final sale items
- Consumable products such as teas or other ingestible items
